Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $750K in Nipomo, CA. "When we decided to sell our home in Monarch Dunes, our first challenge was to determine which realtor to use. I asked a friend for his opinion and he immediately suggested Jean. He had observed Jean's work with several neighbors and said that Jean went "above and beyond" the role of the typical realtor. In one case he noted that when her client was out of town, Jean actually walked their dog for them. That was enough to convince us. Jean sold our home in a timely manner, for the sale price that we were looking for and the transaction went very smoothly. You can't ask for more than that from a realtor. But beyond her role in just selling our home, Jean was always eager to help us with just about anything that came up. She found moving boxes for us to pack our things, then had the extra boxes taken away when we finished packing so that we wouldn't have to dispose of them ourselves. During the escrow process, the management company for the HOA normally charges the seller hundreds of dollars to furnish a new set of homeowner documents to the new owner but Jean hand delivered our existing documents to the management company so that we would not have to pay that charge. In addition, something we appreciated was Jean's efforts to protect our home while it was being shown to prospective buyers. Jean put out little booties for people to wear over their feet so that dirt wouldn't get trampled into the house. Then, when she knew the house was being shown by another realtor, she would personally return to the house after the showing to make sure everything was secure. Jean always finished all of our conversations with: "tell me what I can do to help you" and we learned that she always sincerely meant it. We were extremely happy with Jean's work and we would not hesitate to use Jean Morton again for any real estate transaction that we might undertake in the future and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone."

"Jean Morton My wife and I called Jean Morton in 2014 because we had been receiving her Trilogy at Monarch Dunes Market Watch, her reputation in our community and her impressive sales. When we were ready to sell our home in June 2015, we contacted Jean again. A few weeks earlier, Jean gave Betty and me a price to list our home for. Just before our appointment to list Jean called and said we needed to discuss our list price as there had been some changes in the market. Of course we naturally thought, oh here we go, we will have to take a price reduction and we aren't even on the market yet. To our surprise, Jean said, the market had edged up and we needed to raise our list price by about $30K. And it even gets better from there: Jean said she had a client who really wanted to see our home right away, even before the listing was officially signed. Well, the client absolutely loved our home and offered a full price cash offer on the spot! So we literally signed our listing, accepted the full price offer and then put our For Sale this point PENDING sign up all within a few hours of beginning the process. Throughout the process, Jean has been our advocate, friend and Realtor. She helped us every step of the way including talking to our out-of-state Realtor to ensure a smooth transition in buying our new home in Washington. We would absolutely use Jean again and highly recommend her 5 Star Service and "Can Do" attitude to all of our friends and neighbors. We found Jean really cares about us and this is more than a business to her."
